Fablehaven 3 Launch Week

Well, Fablehaven 3 launches on Monday (April 21). The novel will be in most major bookstores nationwide, as well as at amazon and bn.com and all that. I'm excited and scared. Excited because I think readers are going to love the book. Scared because I'll be visiting 12 far-flung cities in 14 days. Lots of travel, lots of late nights, lots of early mornings. I'm praying that flights don't get cancelled, that I don't accidentally sleep in, and that I avoid major illnesses.

My little girl Rosalyn is now over a month old and as cute as can be. I'm sad to leave my family, but glad that summer is around the corner. During the summer I'll mostly be at home writing the fourth Fablehaven novel.

Anybody who really wants to help the Fablehaven cause should get their books within the next two weeks. Books within that timeframe will really help our attempt to climb the bestseller lists.

Hopefully I'll see a bunch of you when I'm on the road. You guys make the traveling worth it!

    Hi. I received my book (I pre-ordered) on Friday and was finished with it before bed. I loved it!!! I love all of the Fablehaven books. There are only a few books other than these 3 (Cornelia Funke's Inkheart and Inkspell and the Harry Potter series) that I've not been able to put down until I was done with them. Among those, your books and the Ink series are the only ones I could re-read over and over. I love being in the world that you've created in your books and cannot wait for Book 4. I hope that there are many more in the series infact. Thank you and I wish you the best.

    I absolutely love the Fablehaven series. My mom went the day it came out and when I got home, there it was !!!! I really hope I don;t have to wait a whole year for the fourth one!!

    Wow, I'm reading the book right now (AFTER my mom and my sister who were not keeping tabs on these books read it first) and I'm loving it so much! I don't want to finish it because then I'll have to wait another year for the next one to come out! By the way, Mr. Mull, I live in Michigan and read you were coming here and I tried to find the location of the Barnes and Noble in "Great Falls" and I was not able to find it. I finally figured out the 28th Street Retail you were referring to was in Grand Rapids. Did you do this on purpose as a joke or was it an accident? I have to admit, it was pretty funny. However, if it was an accident, you should probably fix that so people know where you're talking about. Glad the baby is doing well!

    I am a 10 year old in Austin,Tx,and love FableHaven. I begged my mother to take me up to Salt Lake City, Utah,because you would be there but she bitterly disagreed. Yet she too loves the FableHaven series and we both are aching to grab a hold of the 3rd book.I believe this book will be a grand movie and please keep me in mind for playing the role as Kendra .
